Since opening in 2010, Yas Links has amassed a number of accolades, including multiple times on the Golf Digest World’s Top 100 Golf Courses list. Another distinction of this par 72 Kyle Phillips design is being the first true links course in the Middle East.

As a championship course, Yas Links has hosted numerous professional tournaments, including Ladies’ European Tour events and the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship on the DP World Tour. It was also the site of the golf portion of the Special Olympics World Games.

What turfgrass is up for the challenge of this caliber of play and the harsh Middle East environment? Platinum TE Paspalum. With extreme heat tolerance, unmatched salt tolerance, disease resistance, and incredible density, Platinum TE is Top 100 worthy.

Don’t just take our word for it. Kevin Hart, the spokesperson for Yas Island, thinks it’s pretty fantastic, too.
