The most die-hard golfers can recite their favorite rounds hole-by-hole. Now imagine how memorable an outing would be if it took place within sight of the pyramids of Giza?
As the final project of the Thompson Perrett & Lobb design group, NEWGIZA gave the architects perhaps their most iconic pallet. The 18-hole course runs through a quarry, and scenic hole number four is played with the pyramids in the background.
The championship NEWGIZA measures 7100 yards and features elevation changes, native areas instead of rough, lakes, and desert. And the entire course, from tee-to-green, is Platinum TE Paspalum.
